- ACU ผ้ากันไฟ ด้ายที่เย็บก็เป็นด้ายกันไฟด้วยเช่นกัน เมื่อโดนประกายไฟ หรือโดนไฟไหม้ ไฟจะวอดดับเองและดับเร็ว ไม่ลุกลาม
- ACU ผ้ากันไฟ ราคาแพงกว่าประมาณ 3 เท่า
เนื้อผ้าลาย ACU มีความพิเศษคือ เนื้อผ้าจะมีสารป้องกันแมลงต่าง ๆ เช่น ยุง เห็บ หมัด มด แมลงวันและริ้น ซึ่งผ่านการทดสอบโดยทหารสหรัฐ นอกจากนี้เนื้อผ้ายังจะสะท้อนแสงอินฟราเรดอีกด้วย
ที่พิเศษอีกประการหนึ่งคือผ้าผสมสารป้องกันการยับย่น และไม่มีการหดตัว
